▶Artwork
Artwork designed by your own design part or agency is the most basic stage. Artwork should be given to us in the type of CD and our design part will review the size, number of color, and layout of the artwork.

▶Color proof
Our color proof on hard paper on the basis of the artwork is provided for your review and approval before plates are manufactured. A type of digital proofs is submitted for easy & speedy approval.

▶Cylinder
Based on your approval or comments the plate is made. The total number of plates is decided as per number of colors. The additional white plate is always needed for back-up of other colors.

▶Printing
Printing is made on the reverse side of the film using cylinders and inks. It is available for us to print upto 9 colors.

▶Lamination
Printed film is laminated with barrier material such as foil or metalized PET. Dry lamination and extrusion lamination is available.

▶Aging
The laminated reels are stored at separate room for aging at the temperature of 45~55 degree centigrade during 24 upto 120 hours according to structure.

▶Slitting
All aged films are slitted according to the dimension. In case of roll type, the slitting is the final of production.

▶Sealing
The slitted reels are processed into the type of 3 side seal pouch, gusset pouch, zipper bag and so on.

▶Packing/Palletising
Completed pouches are packed with 500~4,000 pcs per carton box and roll products are packed with 1~2 rolls per carton box and finally the carton boxes are loaded on pallet.

▶Shrink wrapping
The loaded carton boxes on pallet are wrapped safely by shrinkable film around the pallet.

▶Trucking
Products are sent to container yard or air warehouse by trucking. Our main port is Busan for sea freight and Incheon for air freight.

▶Shipping
The product departs for each destination. Mostly one voyage per week is available for every destinations.
